ROSSIA Insurance Company was founded in April, 1990, in Moscow.

The historic predecessor of the modern Company was famous pre-revolutionary company ROSSIA Insurance Company (1881-1919), pre-revolutionary leader of Russian voluntary insurance.

The main shareholder of ROSIIA IC is the EastOne Group – an international investment advisory group that provides strategic and investment management services to a diversified portfolio of assets across multiple geographies and industry sectors.
ROSSIA’s charter capital is RUR 2 bln.
